Deborah began her real estate career in 2003 with Century 21, quickly establishing herself as a trusted and results-driven professional. After 18 years of dedicated service and industry expertise, she launched Carolina Right Way Realty in 2021, bringing her personalized, client-focused approach to a broader market.
A proud Charlotte-area native, Deborah grew up in the community she now serves. She is married with three children and currently resides in Union County, giving her deep-rooted knowledge of the local market and a personal connection to the neighborhoods her clients call home.
Deborah holds multiple real estate designations and certifications, further enhancing her expertise and ability to provide exceptional service. This commitment to continued learning ensures her clients receive the most knowledgeable and up-to-date guidance throughout every transaction.

With a career in real estate that began in 2019, Katy Bridges quickly made her mark by earning the Top Performer award in her very first year—and she hasn’t stopped since. A consistent top producer year after year, Katy is known for her deep local knowledge, strong client advocacy, and unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.
Born and raised in the Charlotte area, specifically the Lake Norman region, Katy brings an authentic and grounded perspective to her work. Now living in Lincoln County with her husband and two children, she serves clients throughout Lincoln, Gaston, and Catawba counties, as well as the greater Charlotte area and parts of South Carolina.
Katy is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and has extensive experience navigating the VA home buying process. With over a third of her client base made up of current or retired military veterans, she takes pride in providing expert guidance and heartfelt service to those who’ve served our country.
After beginning her career with a large name brand brokerage, Katy made the move to Carolina Right Way Realty to better align her business with what matters most: putting her clients first.
